Shipping Policy for Sam’s Pawty Packs

At Sam’s Pawty Packs, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly, with care, and with a sprinkle of paw-sitive energy. Please read our Shipping Policy below for details about order processing, delivery times, shipping fees, and more.
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Custom Orders: For custom-made party packs or treat bags, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Once shipped, you will receive tracking details.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Shipping (South Africa): Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
- Express Shipping (South Africa): Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days for an additional charge.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on order weight, packaging, and delivery destination.
Currently, we only ship within South Africa.
3. Custom Duties and Taxes
As we only ship locally within South Africa, no import duties or international customs fees apply. Should we expand to international delivery in the future, this section will be updated accordingly.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to follow your parcel’s journey.

5. Shipping Restrictions
We deliver across South Africa. However, certain remote areas may experience longer delivery times or limited service. If your location is affected, we will reach out with alternative options.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Sam’s Pawty Packs is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier but not received by the customer. If your order is lost or stolen, please first contact the courier. If the issue is unresolved, get in touch with us for support.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your items arrive damaged or if you receive the wrong order:
- Report Within 7 Days: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a description of the issue.
- Resolution Options: We’ll happily replace the item(s) or issue a refund based on the situation.
8. Shipping Changes and Cancellations
Once your order has been processed, we may be unable to cancel or make changes. If you need to change your shipping details or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at samspawtypacks@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
